Free Samsung tv won't let me redeem

I took the Samsung free tv promotion. I keep hearing the same stuff. Giving me the go around. I have been a customer for 6 years. Another 6 years before that through my parents. I swear if I don't get this TV I am DONE with Verizon. I received the email to redeem on 01/05/25. It gives me instructions to go to the Samsung TV tile on my account under make the most of your plans. I go to redeem it and I receive some bologna about a Google nest from 2022. I have chatted with 5 people. Spent hours on the phone. I have been to the store. They give me a number to call, claiming there is nothing they can do. I spend another hour on the phone. This guy tells me to go to the store. You are messing with people is what you are doing. You obviously don't have any TVs to give anyone. My time to redeem will run out and it will be on me. I'm over this. I better get my tv.
