Hello, I upgraded my line and activated my device over a month ago but never received an email or anything about redeeming the TV for the black friday promo offer I used. I have also checked for the TV redemption tile under my account, but it's not there. What do I need to do to get the TV?

Hello. When I made this post, I was told that the redemption tile would be available on the 13th. It is now the 13th and I still don't have the tile.

When you log into your account and scroll to the Make the Most of Your Plans section, what tiles do you see?

I am wondering the same thing, have had my upgraded phone for over a month and ha ent received any information regarding the television offer I signed up for either!

Hello SeanHagan. After the new phone has been activated you can redeem the offer in your My Verizon app or online as well as through the email.

Follow these steps below:

  1. Log into My Verizon to redeem the offer.
  2. Scroll down to Make the most of your plans and select the offer redemption tile.
  3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, then select Claim offer.
  4. Follow the steps to redeem the offer.

Hello I also upgraded to the s24 ultra in December towards the end of the month. Curious as to what I need to do to get the TV. We never received an email, we spoke to someone via chat through the app and they said to wait 65 days? When I bought the phone I was told to wait 30 days.

The redemption is available beginning 30 days after the phone was activated and done through the redemption process mentioned earlier in this thread, which is as follows:

 

1. Log into My Verizon to redeem the offer.

 

2. Scroll down to Make the most of your plans and select the offer redemption tile.

 

3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, then select Claim offer.

 

4. Follow the steps to redeem the offer.

Hi, I'm new to Verizon and have never redeemed any offer from any service like phone, Internet or anything so I'm new to this. 

My question is,it says you wait 65 days but would I be able to pay the two months in advance and then be able to redeem the offer?

Thanks for your question SeattleGreg25. Time frame parameters are not able to be modified or eligibility changed if you pay in advance. If your promotion has a 65 day waiting period you will need to wait the full 65 days to be eligible.

To find "Make the most of your plans" in My Verizon, sign in to your My Verizon account and navigate to Account > Account Overview, Scroll down to find the "Make the most of your plans" section.

Similar issue.  My waiting date passed and the app looks like it updated.  I can no longer see the offer tile.
