Free VR goggles with home internet

I was told I would get VR goggles when I added home internet. The tile was there a few days ago saying I could redeem it on the 24th. Low and behold the tile is now GONE now that the date I can redeem it is here.  Where are my VR goggles???

I have the same problem. I was able to see the option till 19th June (I was eligible to redeem it on the 20th). However, the option is no longer available from the 20th. Reached out to customer service, multiple times and they said they have raised a support ticket but they haven’t reached out to me, yet.

 I upgraded and added 2 more phones, an iPad, a watch and the internet. I wish I wouldn’t have. But that just goes to show how they treat loyal customers that have been with them 10 years. I think it may be time to move on. I hear T-Mobile has some great deals right now. I’m certainly going to go check it out.

If they are not giving the Meta Quest as advertised, even after meeting the criteria, then it falls under false advertising and Verizon is breaching the contract. This should be escalated immediately.

Amazing how I have been speaking with customer service about this matter for 4 days and NOTHING has been accomplished. Incompetence at its finest. I work for a multi-billion dollar company as well and we don’t treat our customers like this.

I am having the exact same issue. My date was for the 29th of June. Went on there yesterday and the redeem info for the VR headset had disappeared. Called customer service and have been redirected 4 times. Now have been on hold for over 30 minutes as I am typing this!

Customer service is a joke with Verizon. Sorry you’re having the same issue. I’m done with talking to customer service. They have literally done nothing to help. Literal runaround every time someone reaches out. So I’m going into the store and confronting the rep that sold me all this stuff. Seems like he blatantly lied to me just to make a buck off me. I will most likely end up returning the internet, turning off service to everything but my phones and maybe switching to T-Mobile. I’ve talked to them and they have some killer deals going on right now!

Customer service is not going to fix anything for you or honor the VR goggles promotion they told you, you would get! Get ready for the constant run around from this company! They still haven’t even resolved my VR goggle complaint!
