Good luck, I had an agent place the order because they have been having issues with the emails like I said this was the 18 of April and I still have not got mine. I have called several times all calls logged and pretty much a verbatim transcript of each phone call only to be told several different things each time by agent and supervisors. The bottom line is per FTC, Consumer Reports, And my Consumer Protection devision)Attorney General )Kramer Raoul " If the merchant promises a shipping date it must meet that deadline. If the company has a reasonable basis for not getting your order on time it must obtain consent from consumer for the delay. I was never notified. I took off that day of work and after speaking to a supervisor took another day off because I was told it would be here by then. Now I am laid off which I am sure it's due to the taking those days off work and still no tv and getting left on hold with her never coming back. Just a word of advice take notes write everything down so you have that to give to proper channels because from what I have seen this is an ongoing thing with them. It took 6 months for them to properly credit my account for them overcharging me on equipment that I purchased that was on sale I had 60 pages of notes and was calling at least 3 days a week because they had my account so messed up it was shut off because they had it over 500$ and I was bedridden at the time with broken back with no other means of communication it was a horrible experience to say the least and I should have left then. Now here I am again making multiple calls trying to get them to honor their promotion. Sorry so lengthy but I am just trying to explain what I have been through with this company and continue to go through it currently. Good luck

I'm going through the exact same situation. It's frustrating because multiple Verizon reps promised I would be able to obtain the promo I am entitled to and they opened multiple “cases” whatever that means
The last Verizon rep I spoke to Natasha assured me it would be resolved by next Thursday, the 16th, but I'm starting to feel like I'm being misled.
