I purchased a new smart phone and was told I would receive a free iPad in the mix of it. The clerks totally upsell it. Failed to mention that there would be a $20 fee each month That you cannot cancel. $20 times 36 months comes out to be over $700. That isn’t even worth that much. Will be taking my business elsewhere, I advise others to in the future now. Verizon did not want to correct the mistake. I spent two hours on the phone with customer service and got nowhere. Very disappointed and angry customer.
