I was looking for a new phone carrier and I had noticed this banner on the Verizon website so I went on ahead and read everything :

I have read everything word by word so I went out of my way to purchase a brand new phone with Verizon and I was a port in customer from Metro to Verizon, which that’s what they were asking for. I haven’t received anything ever since I bought the phone I emailed and text customer service. They told me to wait a couple more days. I waited. I still have received nothing. I feel like I’m getting the runaround from Verizon. Did this happen to anybody else
