I am beginning to think all of these promos are trash.
This is the second time we have received a "promo" from Verizon with no actual conclusion of the promo.
My husband upgraded to an S24 with the free TV promo, he hasn't received anything about it in email or on the app so we messaged chat support. After 3 hours and 3 reps telling us all different things and disconnecting multiple times, we are getting completely jerked around and lied to AGAIN! The first time was a $200 gift card for completing a cart purchase. We got the same treatment for that as well, one agent went so far as to tell me I should just give up! I think its time we as customers contact the better business bureau.
