Extremely annoyed, switched to the s24 ultra on December 5th because Verizon was running a promo for a free TV here we almost 2 weeks past the thirty days and nothing. Good way to lose customers

Well I'm waiting purchase device on December 5th and still nothing after it claimed you would receive promo in thirty days.
I hope other people see this there is already hundreds of forms of Verizon having a hard time honoring this promo.
Mine was given when i selected the s24 ultra for my upgrade and switched from iPhone. Even upon providing photos Verizon still can't find the promo.
Glad to know I'm not the only one with these issues and will definitely be looking for a new provider

Sure did provided a photo from the night it was added to my account but shocking Verizon can find it weird
I went through the same thing. File a BBB complaint and emailed Verizon Executive Relations explaing your issue. You will have to look up the email address on Google because this board will block it. I emailed them and recieved a redemption email from the TV within 2 days. Verizon has got to overhaul tier customer service and stop outsourcing it.

I’ve been doing the same thing all weekend with Verizon…. They sent me a new link and now the Samsung tv link it says shipping not available in your area!!! I’m getting so mad with them, I just thinking they just wanted to sell phones.
I have had the same issu. I will be porting out of vwrizon. Been promised everytime i call the issue will be resolved and it necer happen. Will be filing in small claims court against verizon. Been pushed over 2 months telling me to wait. Changed from my iphone pro max to samaung s24 ultra from a cheaper plan. Its all lies just to get sales. I have proof of everything. Everytime i valled. Calls are recorded.

Did anyone ever get there's resolves i did reach out to the escalation department and have someone working on it but have very little hope.
I honestly had no problem with getting mine not that I am trying to rub it in your face. What I suggest is either file a complaint with the FCC because the BBB can be hit or miss since they are not a government agency. If you file a complaint with the FCC verizon is required to answer it and provide a response and you will get someone higher up.

I have been calling for 3 months now and got nowhere with the free tv promotion! They said that it was for "new customers" only which the ad never said! I have screen shots of the promotion and nowhere does it say that! What a way to lose customers!
