I have met all the requires but had not been contacted or able to find any tile to redeem the offered tv. I have been a loyal customer for over 14 years , having bought an expensive s24 ultra plus the bump up in service plan and monthly costs and waited 30 days, but if I get screwed on this I will be terminating service and finding a new company. I have talked with several support reps now, the last promised i would receive and email in 5 days, it has been 6 plus saturday and sunday. What am I supposed to do now?

I am also having trouble getting the samsung tv after 30 days. I reached out to Mary in customer service and she escalated it and said 3-5 business days. I will post what happens. If it doesn't happen I will also start shopping for a new carrier my business.

I encountered several issues with a recent promotion. Upon upgrading, I selected the 75-inch television as my promotional item. However, I received no confirmation email. Furthermore, the trade-in for my old device was not processed upon delivery of my new phone, despite three separate representatives confirming my eligibility. I am now being informed that I selected the free device option, which is incorrect; I chose the lavender phone, but received a smoky-colored model instead.
