Free tv where is it?

I am supposed to be getting a free amazon fire tv since I signed up for unlimited plans. Front page of my account on the Verizon app said I had to wait till the 19th. Now that icon is gone and verizon chat agents are either clueless or have lied to me. I am going to file an fcc complaint for false advertising unless verizon responds to me with some truth and clarity.

Might be easier to just guide us through steps on finding these “tiles”. I’m having the same issue. I’ve called and said they would send me an email and still have no received it

23 years with Verizon the last two years have been absolutely garbage. I added a line and picked the TV "over" the phone discount. I have been on the phone three times in two weeks and am receiving a complete runaround. I was promised a code in 7 days its now been 9. On the phone and still on the phone for over an hour. No one knows anything. Asked for a manager several times can't get one. Im refusing to hang up untill this is solved. An escalated ticket will end me up in this same spot 9 more days from now. There is absolutely no reason for this. Im paying full price for the new phone on a new line. No other credits have been issued. Its coming time for a change after 23 years. Good luck on your TV I highly doubt we will get it.

The new line and phone are not showing up on my account. I don't see the free tv that was a condition of the agreement.

There are no steps after claiming the offer. It just redirects the site to Amazon. And the discount code provided for the TV is way too long. Amazon won’t accept it.

Hi. I clicked redeem on the Free TV tile and it just takes me to Amazon’s website. I copied the code to enter at checkout and the code is entirely too long. How am I supposed to use a code that doesn’t work? This is so irritating.

Im going through the same issue, I switch to Verizon a month ago & still can’t be able to redeem my free Amazon 65 inch tv, if I don’t get my new tv I’m going to cancel my line & go back to my old phone company

The same thing has happened to me. I entered the code I was given by Verizon and was charged for the tv by Amazon. I contacted Verizon customer service and after two hours on the phone was told I would be sent a new code in a few days. It never happened. Another Verizon agent told me it was Amazons fault and to talk to them. Amazon doesn’t know what the are talking about. I believe this is a mistake that cost me $600

I am suppose to as well they told me 20 days and now nothing. They are playing dumb. Not only was I suppose to get a free TV. In order to get a free phone with a lone upgrade. Hbo max and Hulu/ Disney plus was suppose to be included . Oh yeah other 5g wifi modem as well. Recieve4 none of those and my phone decisive balance is over $800

I have not received info for my tv either. When I called they said I would receive a email in 5 business day. It’s been two weeks and still nothing.

I switched in January 20 24 and was told I had to wait six months I have chatted I have called in. I have gone into the store 6-7 times , emailed my rep in the store 10 times still haven’t gotten it and they said I’m not eligible The manager of the store said he doesn’t push the promos at all because this is exactly what happens . There are always problems with marketing and he has nothing to do with marketing. The service is terrible and my phone drops consistently. I will be going back to AT&T -DM

Has anyone actually received this TV? I had this same promotion and the tile was there up until the day it became redeemable, then I magically disappeared. I have found numerous forums with seemingly hundreds of people experiencing the same thing. Verizon is shady AF. This is unacceptable. Where is this tile to redeem the TV? Support was no help whatsoever. Next call is to the BBB.

I have the same problem. I have called customer service 3 times and gone into a store. I have been a customer for 24 years but feel as though I have been tricked. . I am switching to Xfinity. What a rip off. Embarrassed I fell for it.

This company is worthless I’ve callled like 5 times talked to supervisor Dwayne & a agent Rose are the last people I talked to they lied to me saying the promo was for the WiFi bundle when I knew it was actually for getting the new phone I’ve had the phone for 90 days & they also cancel my WiFi without my authorization this company is honestly dumb, worthless , frauds & also worthless even the people working don’t know anything, an promise you they calll you back and email you when they never do

They just told me that too. A 75inch smart tv!!! I told him thatvi would have to think about it. Glad I didn’t switch plans just yet.

I'm having issues receiving this offer also. The price of the phone I purchased was only 28/month but when I chose the 75" TV offer it was raised to 58/ month.

Did you get the TV. I haven't even gotten the offer to redeem it and I've called customer service 4 times now and the Verizon store. They have told me they are going to escalate it 2 times now and still haven't received anything.

I was offered the Samsung 75in TV for upgrading my service line and buying the Samsung s24 plus and I haven't received the email or promo code to redeem the TV. I have called multiple times and was told they were going to push it through. I was supposed to receive a call back and never did. I called again and they escalated it again and still haven't received anything.

I am having the same trouble. I waited like I was supposed to and on the day I was supposed to redeem the offer the link in the app was gone. I don’t have anything in my email either.
