Free tv where is it?

I am supposed to be getting a free amazon fire tv since I signed up for unlimited plans. Front page of my account on the Verizon app said I had to wait till the 19th. Now that icon is gone and verizon chat agents are either clueless or have lied to me. I am going to file an fcc complaint for false advertising unless verizon responds to me with some truth and clarity.

You can redeem the offer 30 days after activation of your new eligible smartphone on a new mobile phone line. When was the purchase made, and when was the device activated? Where precisely on your My Verizon are you attempting to redeem it (guide us through each page/tile, etc.)?

Might be easier to just guide us through steps on finding these “tiles”. I’m having the same issue. I’ve called and said they would send me an email and still have no received it

  1. Sign in to your My Verizon mobile account.
  2. Scroll down to Make the most of your plans and select the offer redemption tile.
  3. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, then select Claim offer.
  4. Follow the steps to redeem your offer.

This. I've been back and forth with them. This morning he said someone applied the promo wrong. So now 5-7 days to hopefully fix it. Maybe they applied the wrong promo to you as well

There are no steps after claiming the offer. It just redirects the site to Amazon. And the discount code provided for the TV is way too long. Amazon won’t accept it.

I have not received info for my tv either. When I called they said I would receive a email in 5 business day. It’s been two weeks and still nothing.

I don't want you to miss out on this great deal! Our promotion for the free Fire TV does require for the line that was opened to remain active for 60 days. Has the 60 days passed since you made the qualifying purchase?

It says I have to get home internet to redeem the offer,  that's not what was advertised.  I have the unlimited ultimate plan and  an elgible phone, the price of the phone went up when I chose to receive the 75" tv. The phone price was only $28/mo and when I selected the TV the price is now $56/month. What is going on?

23 years with Verizon the last two years have been absolutely garbage. I added a line and picked the TV  "over" the phone discount. I have been on the phone three times in two weeks and am receiving a complete runaround. I was promised a code in 7 days its now been 9. On the phone and still on the phone for over an hour. No one knows anything. Asked for a manager several times can't get one. Im refusing to hang up untill this is solved. An escalated ticket will end me up in this same spot 9 more days from now. There is absolutely no reason for this. Im paying full price for the new phone on a new line. No other credits have been issued. Its coming time for a change after 23 years. Good luck on your TV I highly doubt we will get it.

Hi. I clicked redeem on the Free TV tile and it just takes me to Amazon’s website. I copied the code to enter at checkout and the code is entirely too long. How am I supposed to use a code that doesn’t work? This is so irritating.
