I am having the same issues with my Xbox redemption I had swapped to them because of the deal and I have been waiting to redeem mind you I signed up November 20th and I was told to call in on December 10th if I had ANY trouble redeeming and now suddenly I have reps telling me there is no offer like that but I was guaranteed there was the Xbox. This is beyond me how this is happening!!!
