switched to Verizon back in December and there was a promo running for a $300 gift card. Never Received any type of gift card please help

I am having the same issue. I transfered 2 lines to Verizon from AT&T because of this promotion. I purchased 2 new phones and a qualifying plan. I cant get help from 611 customer service. A friend of mine also transferred a line from at&t the same day to Verizon, purchased a new phone as well, and the same plan as me. She got the promotional gift card email, submitted it, and has already received the egift card. I only switched because of this promotion. How do I get verison to honor their own promotion?!?!?!

I also have the same problem. Purchase date: 12/18/2024. Have been told that I would get an email with my gift card. It's been over 2 weeks now.

Same thing. Added home internet to my service in June. Was offered a Amazon gift card. Followed the prompts on the app to process the promotional gift card, now there is no where to even check the status. Tried to a chat with a representative, what a joke. I would have never added home internet and went with someone else if I would have known that they weren't going to make good on their promotional offer.
