Gift Card Issue

I'm a disabled veteran currently in school and currently enrolled in forward as I receive SNAP benefits. I just needed internet but with the amazing phone deals I ended up taking advantage of a phone, table, watch promotion. I knew things would be tight but I was offered a $200, $150, and $100 gift card that would help. I paid the initial taxes which was a lot only to receive my first bill which was outrageously high as none of the discounts or promotions apply untol after the second bill. So I had a period where for one day my service was shut off. Than the next bill and then same thing and again and now again a fourth time.  My bill is currently past due $360. They denied sending me the $150 and $100 gift cards because my service went out for one day. Isn't it designed so people don't leave? Why should you lose it if you bring it current and it was because of their high bills after already being slammed with taxes.  In addition they charged me $60 plus other fees each month to for another $250 in costs to me.  So I'm out a total of $500 at minimum with no service and a $360 bill I can't I pay. I would be caught up had I received the promotions which would have stopped extra fees too. My bill should be about $135  a month but instead is always close to $300. It's a never ending cycle they have me trapped in and in ready to give up. Can call me at [phone number removed as per policy] if your service allows or [phone number removed as per policy]
