Never got my visa gift card for each new line like I was supposed to when I signed on with Verizon. I got 4 lines. I was OOBER excited about them too because I was going to use them on my bill or to help pay off phone earlier. But never heard about them after they got my business and money every month. I have not been happy with the service that we received with Verizon either. I figured we would have amazing service but we have such bad service. And I did my research before switching. It showed we would be covered with great service in all areas we are in all the time but that is so not how it is. I switched to save money and bonus we all got free phones. Now I feel like a fool bc I am not saving money. My bill is still high and service is not what I expected and I am now stuck unless I have thousands of dollars to pay off the phones we got... I wished I would never had switched. I did it to save money and still have great service with bonus of new phones plus the gift cards. It was quite literally too good to be true.
I should have just kept our other phones and did the prepaid monthly and then we would be swimming in the savings atleast.

How long ago did you activate service? You mentioned you're running into an issue with your service as well. Can you tell us more about what's going on?
