Hello,

I moved to verizon wireless and purchased 4 Apple phone on-line on August 20, 2024. I was told that I should be getting $200 gift card. I didn't get that yet. I tried to chat with Verizon but that seems not very useful. I also used the  website vrz.com/rebate for rebate claim, it did not work either. Can you tell me what should I need to do?

Hello,

After few months, it seems that Verizon is saying, my claim is invalid, so I am not going to get the $200 rebate. I spoke with someone from verizon wireless, who told me I should be receiving the reward after November 20, 2024. However, on November 20th, I received an e-mail saying that my claim is invalid. Can you explain, how it is invalid, after few times you assured me that I will get it.

I tried to get $200 gift card offer since I switched to verizon in Aug 2024. I spoke with several verizon representative but at the end I still did not get that. Verizon did not honor what they promised.
