I moved to Verizon when they were offering a iPhone 15 deal that I couldn’t pass up. Long story short I was also promised a 200$ gift card for moving over to Verizon. Fast forward 4 months I’ve called 4 times each time on the phone for 2 hours. Just to get a supervisor to say they will escalate the matter to someone else and they will reach back out and here I am calling multiple times and never getting a response back.
