I can't redeem my Amazon fire tv offer
I have called and spoke to 2 different people about it
I got a new line and the amazon fire tv was a big reason I got the second line, I waited 30 days like I was told and finally it was on my app I went in tapped the box that says to redeem you amazon fire tv claim offer one problem when you tap its supposed to take you to a screen where you can claim your offer and give you a code only problem is it doesn't let you claim the offer or copy the redemption code it takes you straight to amazon which doesn't do me any good without that redemption code
If anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it please let me know
