Have not received a Verizon gift card from opening a new line

I opened a new line online and during checking out, I was prompted that a Verizon E-Gift card of $200 will be sent my way upon receiving my order. It’s been a few days since I started using my phone and i’m still not receiving it yet. Could I confirm if I’m missing anything? I have checked my emails and the app in case I’ve missed anything.

I’m still waiting to receive the promo. The statues says I should have received it by 10-31-24 but nothing.

I’m have the same issue I just opened new mobile service with 2 new phones and was shown on my checkout and receipt that I’m getting a $200 gift card and I’ve been checking my Verizon where it says to and nothing no emails nothing

The order confirmation email said your order qualified for a $200 Verizon visa gift card it says look for it under account activity and notifications on your account overview page and nothing is there but also says you must submit by may 29 2025 so how do I submit for one

If you haven’t thrown the box away you might want to double check in there. When mine came it was all the way at the bottom under all paperwork and even tucked in folds at the bottom.

I have had the same problem. Switched service providers and opened 4 lines all eligible for the promotions. I haven’t received an email and it’s difficult to talk with a live person.

I also have not received mine and I signed up on 10-8-2024. I was supposed to receive it within 90 days of service. I have checked the my offers section on  my verizon account multiple times and have not seen the gift card. I have called multiple Verizon numbers and chatted w the online rep with absolutely no help at all.

I have same issue.  I have all my information  contained Ted chats and phone number. After lengthy time told it was sent and then it was escalated.   Still nothing
