So I recieved my 200 dollar rebate I have been patiently waiting for, so I decided I wanted to use it to purchase some beats headphones for the gym and what not so I proceeded to the Renton Landing Location because after looking up online if they were in stock there, which it said in STOCK and funny it still says IN Stock but they are not. SO I DECIDED TO ORDER THEM FROM THE VERIZON APP THE DAY AFTER I RECIEVED THE REBATE AND SO AFTER SPENDING THE ENTIRE 200$ OF THE VERIZON ECARD AND 20$ OF MY OWN MONEY AS I WAS WAITING FOR THE ORDER TO BE FILLED I GET A VERY HORRIBLE EMAIL SAYING,,,,,,, ORDER CANCELLED!!!!! Wait what ??????? I didn't cancel this order let me run inside this store and see if they know why..... So after them telling me they have none in stock, but funny the website says they do my order was csncelled and I was promised by like 7 agents that I have already spoken too that the refund is coming any hour now any day now we'll........ Let's see...... That was what 4-5 days ago...... Look this was not my fault at all and since that store said they have them but then canceled automatically on me isn't cool isn't fair at all becusse I have been told this and that by customer servjce and nothing had come true!!!!! Im still waiting...... Please Verizon make this right as I waited like 8 weeks to finally get this rebate only to have this happen!!! I have only been with you guys for one bill payment and I can list a number of things that have gone wrong and had to be fixed!!!!!! I would like for you guys to be my wireless carrier but I mean come on....... How much is enough!!?????? Please fix this please and Thank you!!!! I will post an update in about a week
