Help with $200 Verizon gift card on us promotional gift card

So I added another phone line and bought another phone back in December. Verizon was offering the $200 gift card on us promotional offer if you bought and added a new phone line. When I submitted the promo code and received a tracking number, it said that it should be validated around January 11th. January 11th came and went. I've talked with 3 different employees about the matter, 2 said that I should get it on the 18th of January, which has already came and went. The third stated that I should've already received it by now. I had planned to use the gift card to pay on my $530 bill but had to pay out of pocket because the gift card never came. This is not the first time I've had trouble receiving a gift card promised by Verizon. I can't wait to pay off my families iPhones so I can switch over to another provider.

We definitely want you to receive any promotion you are eligible for! Did you port over a number when opening this new line? What plan did you pick for the line? What was the cost of the phone you purchased for it?

Hello Christopher. I believe it was unlimited plan and the phone was iPhone 16 number ending in 5170.

My situation is similar in the sense that I want to redeem my Verizon gift cards but can’t find the way to do it in the first place. I was promised 3 c $200 and we have o my recueved 2 x $100.
we just switched (6 of us) with lots of promises but not delivering them. I feel very frustrated and taken advantage of…

I have the issue. $200 for each lines in account of 4. Totally $800. It's total waste. I would switch to another provider once I pay off the devices to an extent that I can switch to different provider.
