Still don’t have the promotion from my purchase in November, 2023. Yes, that’s right 2023! More than a year ago. I have spent numerous hours with numerous agents including tech. Now I’m being disconnected from chats and phone calls. Several agents have tried to fix the problem. They find errors and promise to get back to me, but eventually the follow-up disappears. How do I get this fixed. I’m a 27 year customer and can’t believe this lack of ability to activate my new phone purchased in 2023!!!
