Help!

Still don’t have the promotion from my purchase in November, 2023. Yes, that’s right 2023! More than a year ago. I have spent numerous hours with numerous agents including tech. Now I’m being disconnected from chats and phone calls. Several agents have tried to fix the problem. They find errors and promise to get back to me, but eventually the follow-up disappears. How do I get this fixed. I’m a 27 year customer and can’t believe this lack of ability to activate my new phone purchased in 2023!!!

I did not receive a private message. Please try my email. Because my phone numbers don’t work I am trying to have my original number transferred to the iPhone 14 that they sent to me to try to fix the problem. But that hasn’t worked either. You can call me on my husbands phone which is identified in the notes
