I tried calling but Verzion kept transferring me and then sent me to automation before hanging up on me.
Can someone help let me know the correct number or email I can reach out to Verzion so I can find someone to resolve this.
Seems like it's a common occurance; but last 9/20/2023 I was given a $50 HomeDepot eGift card as part of Verizon sign up promotion. Everything seem fine until I tried to use it recently and suddenly it told me that there's $0 balance in there. I never used it before so I'm not sure what happened. I had tried to ask HomeDepot to check it but they said I need to contact Verizon since they were the one who purchased the eGift card.
Does anyone else have this happen to them and who at Verizon I can contact to resolve this?
