I have been a Verizon customer since 2017. I bought an IPhone 8 +. I wanted to trade my IPhone in at a store in Ft Smith but was told my phone even though was in excellent condition did not qualify and was sold a Samsung S21 that is a horrible phone. When I saw on TV that your current phone could be traded for a new Samsung S24. When I called about I was told I could not qualify unless I paid off the cruddy phone I was sold a d locked into til it was paid off. My unlimited plan went from $86 a month to $105 a month fir a cruddy phone. It was the o ok d bait and switch sale technique. After being an excellent customer since 2017 without missing even one I payment I feel used and dirty. Stuck paying more for a phone downgrade TV ads are misleading. They say bring us your phone and get a new S24 on us. But that is a bill of goids when you're sold a bill of goods at the store and Verizon wants almost $600 to pay off a phone you can literally buy outright for $400. As soon as I can afford to pay off this cruddy S21 I am going to switch out of Veruzon. They cannot be trusted. I feel like I just tried to win the teddy bear at the carnival trying shoot the bottles down with a crooked barrel. Shame on you Verizon no

We definitely understand the need to have a working device. Are you having issues with your S21 that has you looking for a new device? ~Peter
