How to Get $200 gift card promotion

Hi,

We have joined Verizon family in the beginning of the last month. We have purchased 4 new smartphones with 4 new lines. We have ported in 2 lines and 2 temporary numbers are disabled as we ported in the numbers. I have created 4 tickets to get $200 gift card for each lines. However, I don't see any positive response. In the tracking it shows that "Your submission is currently pending validation of offer requirements.". In the other hand, in the Verizon app it shows that Invalid submission and there is no instructions to resubmission or anything. Please solve this issues asap as it will be 2 months soon. Previously I posted and received a private message, but I don't get any reply once I reply to that message. Instead I received a new private message whether I need any support. Please note that I also created 2 tickets for 2 disabled temporary numbers which are cancelled as the numbers are not active anymore. I am putting the ticket numbers. I am expecting a solution and reply  the messages if I sent any.  Tickets are *****, *****, *****, *****.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45 days or submissions not completed at our rebate centre. All Verizon customers can also check out the "my orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.
