Switched 4 lines to Verizon this week. Representative put the $200 promotion in. The receipt shows "Rebate: $200.00
Verizon Gift Card on Us
Redeem by Nov 29, 2024 at
m.vzw.com/rebatenotification. " But I'm not sure how to proceed because I was not provided any promotion code, and I didn't receive any email confirming my enrollment in.

I have the same Question. I remember reading that it has to be activated and the first payment made. I forgot what else it said.
But be sure to call them November 15 if you still do not get a notification on the Line that you added so they can correct that.
That is what I plan on doing anyway. Good luck to you and me! LOL

Submitted on 10/7. With my purchase and port-in through live chat representative on 9/30.
Today I was trying to sort it out with live chat. I was told the code "CARTOFFER2024" I used were not for port-in. Is it correct feedback?

I’ve ported my number to verizon and redeemed my rebate on 10-22-2024 using “CARTOFFER2024”. Currently rebate is approved and status mentions as “You’re valid and going through final processing. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your rebate.”

I've talked with several representative and was told to use another code "CHAT200GC2024" to submit again and I was promised it should go through this time. HOWEVER, on 12/19 the rebates status show up as " Invalid Submission" again.

Last time live representative told me it was showed as "Pending Validation" from the rebate tracking website. Although the website indicated it should be processed by 12/09, when I raise concern, he/she told me I could expect it to be processed shortly. That was around 1/10.
Today is 2/11, it's still shown as " Pending Validation" from rebate track page. And it still gives me "We had a problem processing your rebate submission" on my Myapp notification page.

Not from when I submitted the application on 12/2. I only got the confirmation email, which also indicated that "Based on the purchase date provided, you can expect us to validate your rebate around December 9, 2024."
