All I wanted to do was to upgrade my phone to S24 Ultra when you had the promotional deal that was Aug 2nd. This has been a nightmare and mentally exhausted. Spoke to at least 6 different customer service and 3 different chats have it all saved. When I first upgraded I saw I ordered the wrong color. Immediately called to cancel which I have the screenshots they did. Thr phone was shipped and Customer Service told me to refuse and then I can reorder correct color and I did refuse. Verizon did get the phone back was sitting at the warehouse for 10 days. Finally got that order canceled and order my new phone. Verizon has yet to refund the taxes of $105.00 from 1st phone. They are now not giving me the promotional deal but if they will go back to all the recordings I asked the person over and over if I could still get and he said yes. Also now my bill is showing a pass due balance of 7.67 even though we have been on auto pay for years and now showing I started with a negative balance of 43 for new bill with zero explanation. Trying one more time to get this fixed before I file with BBB and FCC. This should have not been this complicated and I literally have hours of conversations with Customer Service. Thank you
