I was promised promo offers, waived activation fees, and free phones bringing over 3 lines. I have not received any of the offers promised. I have contacted customer support several times and emailed the employees supervisor who offered the deals yet I still have not gotten a response. It seems like I'm being ignored to push me outside of my 30 days so I won't have the option to cancel. I just want to get the offers promised to me and my billing fixed. I need someone that can assist me, to message me. Within 30 days would be helpful before I have to pay an outrageous bill.
