Issues with All on Us Promotion

I just recently ported over my husband’s phone number from AT&T for the all on us promotion, it states we would get an iPad and watch if trading in and opening a new line with Verizon. 
We went into a Verizon store to get clarification on the next bill because the promotional credit was not being show, for the tablet and watch, we still hadn’t traded in the phone yet, and the associate repeatedly stated it would be on the next bill. 
Called an agent to again, get clarification because now the credit was showing up for the phone, since we traded it in and nothing for the watch or the iPad. The agent stated because we ported in an old number we would not get the promotion. It never stated it had to be a new phone number. Just a new line opened, which is what we did. 

Anyone else have the same issue?

I, too, would share your concern if I was expecting to get a promotional credit for the watch and iPad as well, KathyRam30. I'm glad to hear that the promotional credits started for the phone already, and we would be happy to take a look into this further.
