In reviewing my next months anticipated bill, I see that the Loyalty Thank You discount is being eliminated. Am I no longer a loyal customer in Verizon's eyes?

Hello,
we has loyalty discount of $10 for 12 months on each line. Discounts expired on Nov 14 and now my bills will increase starting this coming bill on Dec 15.
i have reached out to customer service via phone and multiple times via chat every time told that we have filled form and it will be processed. Nothing happened and tired of reaching out to customer service agents.
with increasing bill now have to explore options with other service providers if they can reduce pricing with similar plans

The loyalty discounts do have an expiration date and there is no guarantee that another discount is available for the account.
