I recently took advantage of a promotion where if you buy a new iPhone and have a new line of service you will receive a promotion to receive Meta glasses up to $299. It showed all my account for a few days and then it disappeared and it will not let me view my status any longer. It told me to come back on June 16 and it would be available for me to take advantage of but now it has disappeared and it's been a few days. I'm very concerned because in the past, I never received a $200 promotion for opening my account and I am very upset about that as well I have very little hope in Verizon they seem to always do me dirty.

Hello, I understand your concern .The tile that appeared at first was a pre redemption tile and was supposed to disappear after 30 days. Please check your email as the email to redeem will be sent on the 30th day from activation. It will also require that when you are signing into MyVerizon, you are signed as the account owner or an account manager.
You have to request the $200 promotion within a certain amount of days after adding the line. Then they send you the $200 gift card about 30 days later. If you don't request it, they never send it.

Today i got my redemption code and went to the Meta website, there is nowhere to enter the code for the discount.
