I was promised to get a Meta after 3 months of having internet service after 3 months. I called.. i chated.. and I got told that it was sold out and I would get it when it was back in stock. I screenshot the conversation. Month later I call back again. And somebody tells me that order for me to get it. I have to pay the money and they will credit it to my account. I don't have the money for that. So I speak to a supervisor who says that the promotion now is expired, and there's nothing I can do about it. I am very disappointed. I switched my internet for this internet thinking. I would get something in return because I never Get anything. I wasted so much time on hold. Git my child thinking we getting one and now I'm told this. .. maybe ima switch its been lie after lie dealing with this company. And its my 1st time have a name brand phone company. I had boost. But boost never lied on promotions. Or charged me differently every month. Smh. Im so mad I got Verizon. Starting to hate this company. And the lies.
