Missing Gift Card

I switched to Verizon in September. My order indicated I will receive a $200 gift card, but I never received instructions and the site on my receipt never listed one. Chatting with Verizon reps has been very unhelpful. I'm currently chatting with one who is more interested in selling me another number to use the dual-SIM function on my phone than assisting me with my problem.

I have the same issue, no gift card in sight. I’m not the original poster, but same issue, and yes it was a pop up message and shows up on my purchase receipt.

No help yet. Yes it was a pop up during the ordering process and shows up on my receipt. Customer service told me they fixed it and I’d be getting an email on 11/29 with the gift card but that never happened.
