I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the unresolved issue of the missing gift cards tied to my recent line porting experience. I switched four lines over to Verizon under the promotion offering up to $800 per line. While I understand the promotional language, the issue lies in the fact that I have only received two of the four gift cards owed to me.
Since the switch, I have made multiple callsโalmost weeklyโin an attempt to get this issue addressed. Each time, Iโm given the runaround with no clear answers or accountability. The level of customer service Iโve received has been extremely poorโagents have been inconsistent, dismissive, and unable to provide any meaningful updates or resolution.
What was supposed to be a positive and rewarding transition from AT&T to Verizon has instead been frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I had high expectations when making the switch, but this experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Frankly, I regret not paying more attention to the red flags from the very beginning.
I am demanding a prompt and clear resolution to this matter. Please provide a detailed explanation of the status of the remaining two gift cards and outline the steps being taken to resolve thisโwithout further delay.
