WHY do I STILL not have the NFL Sunday Ticket? -

- After 1 month, 3 trips to the VERIZON store taking up an average of 1 hour each time, and no less than 7 phone calls to VERIZON customer service taking up 6 hours of my life, repeated promises and Email links that don't work, and best of all Supervisors who don't call me back????

On Aug.  1 they said I would get the email in a couple days.  One week later they said I would have the Sunday Ticket by Aug. 11.

On Aug. 11 they said it would be between Aug. 16 and 19. Finally found an email in my Spam folder dated Aug. 14, but guess what? All the "REDEEM" link does is open my home page where there is supposed to be another link entitled "Exclusive Home Offers" that of course is not there.

Another 2 hours on the phone with VERIZON today. Another promise it will be fixed in 24 hours. I seriously doubt it. 

Calls to VERIZON result in more promises and still nothing happens.  I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and $300 a month,  and this is my reward?

I have the same issue.

I've had my new phone for 3 weeks and no NFL Sunday Ticket. I have been given the run-around the two times I have used the customer service chat. All they do is tell you it will be fixed in 4 days or less, but then no resolution. I am getting the feeling that something fishy is going on.

This is absolutely horrid. I have missed the pre-season and I'm not sure I'll ever get the promo.

Extremely mortified in the delay.

I'm sorry you've not been getting a clear idea on what's happening with the NFL Sunday Ticket issue, when you've reached out for help MadScientist06. My brother and brother-in-law are football fans so I get wanting to be able to use that service. I'm sending a Private Note so we can review things together, and see what's up.

I'm also not able to redeem. I reached out to support but have basically been told the same thing. Did they ever help you out? Getting extremely frustrated and I've been with Verizon for a while.

I have had the same issue. I switched to Verizon specifically for the free Sunday ticket and I've called several times since I switched and i still have never received an email about the activation.  I'm getting frustrated and feel like I've been had. I am close to switching back to AT&T if I don't get what I was promised.

I  have the SAME issue as all these people on this thread and I’m shocked to find countless pages of customers with the exact same problem and Verizon has done nothing to resolve this. I would have never switched if I knew this promotion was an invalid ploy. Who do I call to get this fixed TODAY?

Same. I have been calling since the 13th of August after the sales agent who did our order promised we would get an email by Aug 11th. At first I got the run around and made up answers then we get told oh it’s only for certain devices well your website and your agents don’t state it’s for certain devices even the commercial doesn’t state that even customer service told me the only information they have that it’s for select devices is internal however I did the order through a sales agent who promised the ticket so I tell them that then they tell me ohh you had to switch from a limited data plan to unlimited. This is 2023 I don’t know anyone who is on a limited Data plan. Every time I bring up that their marketing says nothing like that they come up with a new excuse like ohhh upgrades only got $100. No $100 is for existing customers no purchase necessary. So then I get promised credits that didn’t get applied so I keep calling and these last few weeks I get told that they are aware of the on going issue that it’s happened to everyone and they apologize and tell me how they are going to submit a claim and how it’s gonna be this many days but I’ll receive an email with the ticket redemption and nothing ever happens. It is now two days before Sunday night football and I still don’t have it. This is not okay Verizon I think it’s time to take my 7 lines somewhere else

This is a total fraud! I never got an email with the offer link. I called them several times, with 2 hours each of wait time. 

only to tell me I requested the Chrome book! which never happened!!!!

 

I will be cancelling my service with Verizon. Terrible customer service on their end for this.

SAME! This is complete madness. My husband has spent hours and hours on the phone. It is October 1st and we are in week 4 of the NFL season. Total waste of time, energy, money. We were trying to not have to go out to bars to watch the games. Now we are arguing because we're both upset about the situation. I have been a verizon customer for at least 14 years. I am losing my mind here.
