WHY do I STILL not have the NFL Sunday Ticket? -
- After 1 month, 3 trips to the VERIZON store taking up an average of 1 hour each time, and no less than 7 phone calls to VERIZON customer service taking up 6 hours of my life, repeated promises and Email links that don't work, and best of all Supervisors who don't call me back????
On Aug. 1 they said I would get the email in a couple days. One week later they said I would have the Sunday Ticket by Aug. 11.
On Aug. 11 they said it would be between Aug. 16 and 19. Finally found an email in my Spam folder dated Aug. 14, but guess what? All the "REDEEM" link does is open my home page where there is supposed to be another link entitled "Exclusive Home Offers" that of course is not there.
Another 2 hours on the phone with VERIZON today. Another promise it will be fixed in 24 hours. I seriously doubt it.
Calls to VERIZON result in more promises and still nothing happens. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and $300 a month, and this is my reward?
