I have gone to two separate stores, and spent a total of 2 hours and 23 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to give us the access to Youtube TV + NFL Sunday ticket that was promised when we signed up with verizon on our new plan and have had zero luck - with the most help being an agent on the phone saying "I believe someone is looking into this and the issue should be resolved soon" (this was 3 days ago). I got an email saying "redeem your offer" that day we signed up for Verizon (2 weeks ago) but everytime we click it - it shows this error message and no one seems to know anything about anything online or in store.
We are now at a place where if we cannot get the help and someone to fix this and give us the promotion that we were promised, we are going to have to switch providers all over again.
I did a lot of research before making the switch to Verizon, and that included 2 conversations with 2 separate agents who guaranteed me that by signing up for the plan we chose - we would receive the offer of Youtube tv + NFL Sunday Ticket for free for the 23-24 NFL season. So I just feel robbed and annoyed at this point that no one can even offer us a single solution or the time of day to figure anything out.
