I have spent so much time trying to figure how to redeem our promotion of NFL Sunday ticket. I have chatted, called, gone into a store and have been told repeatedly that “you do qualify for the promotion” and that they will see what they can do, then they come back and give me some line like “you should get an email in 3-5 days” and I still have not got anything. So frustrating. The store told me there is nothing they can do. The season has started where is the deal that I signed up for?
