I am a new customer and I need the promo code for the 300 e gift card I am supposed to receive. I called Verizon and they stated they submitted my request but haven’t heard anything since.

Hi thanks for responding. Yes I talked to someone on the 20th of November. The gentleman stated he requested this for me. I haven’t seen anything yet. I switched from consumer cellular on the 15th. Here is part of my receipt.

Yeah I’ve already talked to someone twice and I still haven’t received my 300$ rebate. They said it would come by email but it hasn’t even tho I’ve already verified the rebate I can’t find it anywhere and it’s starting to feel like there not going to send it. Why can’t someone just send me the e gift card instead of telling me I have to wait another 30 days. Makes no sense. It seams like there procrastinating to the point we give up and don’t pursue. Which is messed up since the rebate was the main reason I even opened new lines on Verizon. Very upsetting, I would appreciate if we could get this resolved before Christmas
I'm just customer, not support. here's a list of all the codes I've gathered in last couple months. my advice, submit them all. every code- submit every number /line you have, and so on. From my personal experience support has not been much help, again my own personal experience, hopefully your experience is better and I'm sure everyone's experience is not like my own. FYI : DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PLAN. MUST BE ON ULTIMATE WELCOME or higher plan to be eligible n buy a phone for most the codes below, but not all . If u change, even upgrade it will disqualify your gift card . Take screenshot of everything. .. keep your emails. Keep screenshots of chats, etc. Just as a backup (all of this my advice, by all means not a requirement , nor solution or code guaranteed to work) Just trying to up your chances of getting what should have been easily provided to you by Verizon to begin with. No one Shud have to be searching like this. Period. Good luck.

I'm not sure which for what dates , when u submit it will either allow for the date or won't. I figure at the very least you will have a papertrail on the chance support does not get back to you with code to show you submitted but "support gave you wrong code". Hope it helps . @Rludgate and @Sagestevens , if you switched to Verizon and are asking about the Switcher Rebate associated with it, here's a thread from someone with a lot of details on how to get your rebate. They finally got their rebate after a lot of wrangling (and I presume, a fair bit of research into the situation). I would try using one of the "tierswitch2024" codes given in Sassytoolchick's post - try all 3 of them.

I’m not switching from another service kinda… I had a spin off of Verizon which it didn’t really count for switching. I just opened a new line and got two iPhone 16 pro max’s and a iPad 10th gen and it said I qualified for a 300 dollar gift card and I’ve gone to the redeem for it on Verizon.com/redeem with a code just haven’t received anything.

I'm wondering if you are eligible for the $300 gift card then. I see a promotion on the Verizon website saying "switch today to get a smartphone on us +$300 gift card in cart" which is an online offer only, but I'd think you'd have to be a new customer and not an existing one before you'd qualify? Otherwise, the fine print says you'd get the rebate via email sometime within 8 weeks of submission if it was approved. Check your junk email folder in case it went there.
I the same issue I did switch over and also I was offered the e-gift card for purchasing a phone I had to wait for it the process was done and supposdabky I would receive the email within 48 hours and nothing was sent or even let me see in the app
