I just joined Verizon and have a $200 Switcher Rebate noted on my invoice. The notice says to check Notifications on my account or go to vzw.com/myverizon. There is no "promo" code noted on the invoice and nothing on my account. No luck with online help, I just get an error message the system is down. Does anyone have a solution as to how to make this happen?

akjanko, love that you've joined VZ! If you're eligible for the $200 Switcher rebate you can submit for that via My VZ. If that's not working, you can also go to this Rebate page: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
You'll enter the purchase date of your service, and promo code VZ200SWITCH23 and the follow the prompts after that and fill in the appropriate information. Once you're approved, you'll receive the gift card within 8-weeks of submission via email.

If I have multiple lines, should I submit multiple request with different email addresses or just one and add all phone numbers

Great question NewCustomer38, you would want to do a submission for each mobile number to ensure everything is received for each individual line. Congratulations on your new service!

Clarifying Andi's answer to NewCustomer38 ...
I submitted both lines under one submission feld and was given two tracking numbers (one for each line), so expecting I will receive the $200 gift card for each line ($400 total).
Confirming that this was correct—I do NOT have to do a separate submission on a completely new form to receive the second $200.

I submitted the code I was finally given on October 13. I didn’t see anything and reached out again via the forum late last month since I couldn’t figure out how to contact anyone at Verizon. This has been very complicated and I’m feeling I’m out of luck. What do you need if you can help me.
Sorry if this seems cranky, just so hard to navigate the process. I’m floundering….
