Hello, I am having the same issue. I purchased the Uber One + Netflix Premium subscription and Netflix says "pending" and I cannot activate it. I called Verizon and they said they could not help me.
Has anyone solved this? I just spent over $100 for nothing because I don't need Uber+

Hello bkind2urmind,
Which specific perk were you trying to use? What exactly is happening?

If you have a Netflix subscription through Verizon and then upgraded it elsewhere outside of Verizon, then I think you have to cancel your subscription in your account by going to the manage perks section and unsubscribe to the basic Netflix before the upgraded one will work? Or, if you had a legacy Verizon plan which had perks included, but now you changed your service plan to something current which doesn't have perks included anymore, then someone at Verizon has to cancel your old perks because the system still wants to go through your legacy plan perks.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
