My family bought 4 phones from Verizon when we switched from AT&T. The sales chat agent assured us that we would get 4 $200 e-gift cards (1 gift card per line) and we even have the chat transcript saved for reference.
But, to our surprise, we did not receive the cards yet.
Further, the next sales chat agent told us that we do not qualify for this since we did not buy it from BestBuy ?
