Never recieve 300$ visa gift card

Team, 

After mutilple times talk to customers service regarding to 300$ visa gift card that I suppose to recieve when I  switch to verizon, Imit go back to the circle that. Create the ticket call them back then nothing solve out. I switch to verizon since Dec 2025. Anykne please help 🙏. What can I do

Thanks Jazzy, I never recieved any email or code to submit online. They create the ticket for me :

TKT-2052631044-e01

However, I did not recieve anything too. Try to contact rebate center, but they said they are not able to track any ticket .

How do I submit rebates online when I am not recieve any information. Please help

Thanks for confirming. Normally you claim the gift card online and then you are given a tracking number for updates. In your case, let's review the ticket details to get you an update. First, we need to authenticate your account. Is now a good time for me to send the authentication link? It is a time sensitive link.  -Jazzy
