New Svc 1st ID Verify Now Cancelled

I ordered new service ( 5 lines ) with 4 new devices.. ( all new devices listed as free with new line and svc )
Paid online, even paid extra for next day shipping, expected phones to arrive a week ago.
Then got email about ID verification...
Did that 3 different times.
Just got email saying order canceled....
What the heck?!!
I've tried calling, 3 times, each time rep doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about...
Any advice appreciated:)

I called the 800 Verizon #for customer service....
I ordered thru website, Verizon.com , for new service and devices, 4 phones that were to be free with new svc and new #, and 1 sim for byod ( bring your own device)
I paid the amount that had asked me to and submit my order
The next day I got emails about ID verification did that 3 times
Tried to call in numerous times
Then I got an email saying they canceled my order
