I ordered new service ( 5 lines ) with 4 new devices.. ( all new devices listed as free with new line and svc )
Paid online, even paid extra for next day shipping, expected phones to arrive a week ago.
Then got email about ID verification...
Did that 3 different times.
Just got email saying order canceled....
What the heck?!!
I've tried calling, 3 times, each time rep doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about...
Any advice appreciated:)
