The day after switching, I contacted a chat agent to confirm that the gift card had been applied, but they couldn't find it. Another agent then created a separate ticket (reference number: *****. However, when I followed up a few days later, the next agent couldn't locate this reference number.
Verizon, what's going on? It's been five days since I switched, three of which I had SOS issues, and now the promotion still hasn't been applied correctly. This is frustrating!
