I keep getting the run around, I've called, chatted and go keep being asked same questions about the promo problem. It can take 2-3 hours and then they keep reassuring me that it will be fixed in the next billing cycle. NOTHING... I'm so frustrated...I upgraded 3 phones with promos, only 1 phone has promo applied. I have been calling and chatting since August, they keep telling me not to worry it is fixed, and Nothing happens. I can't afford to pay full price for 2 phones, if not I would not have upgraded or would have gone with a different carrier. Can somebody help???
