Not honoring promotion

Has any one had the issue of Verizon not honoring a promotion you signed a contract on?  I signed up for an upgrade, the wrong phone was sent, so the deal was voided on their end.  I had an iPad and Apple Watch on the same promotion, they voided the 50% off service and device credit on those devices.  Anyone have luck with arbitration for false advertising.  I have been dealing with this for over a month with no resolution.

Of course, I get a private message that contains a broken link.  Just like I get shifted from one agent to the next of the phone.  I have been a customer for 14 years, this is unbelievable

Yes, I have received it, I have emails, screen shots all of it.  I was sent the wrong phone, I returned it, waiting on replacement and refund for the phone I returned, it has been 6 weeks.  No agents have answers, just transferring call and magically hanging up after 2 hours on phone
