why was my promised promotion not fulfilled. It has been 8 months since I switched my service to Verizon and still have not received my items as promised. On November 24, 2024, Macie, sales rep came to our door. That’s day we switched to Verizon from att. I was told for the 3 iPhones purchased I would receive an iPad & Apple Watch for each phone after 90 days. I’ve tried to contact Macie many times with no response. I am very disappointed, I feel I was lied to about this promotion so I would switch providers. This is a last ditch effort to resolve this situation.
