I order a iPhone 15 and activated a new full line while they were having a promotion for a $200 gift card back if you get this phone. I fulfilled the terms of the agreement. My order was canceled. I spent two hours on the phone re-ordering the same phone. The phone was originally backordered, but then was delivered. There was nothing in the box. Someone must’ve stolen my phone or I was shipped an empty box.. I just spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to reorder the same phone a third time!!!! They told me I was no longer eligible for the $200 gift card back. They told me even though the last representative felt so bad for me and offered me a $20 a month promotion and free activation fees. They cannot honor that anymore. The manager, I spoke to named atli was very unhelpful. he cannot fulfill the order I wanted for the phone size I wanted. He cannot honor the $200 promotion even though I had a text message showing him that I was offered it. He would not honor the $20 a month discount that I was offered even though he saw it. He would not honor the free activation fee, even though he saw it on my account. I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life on the phone with a representative and a supervisor who is incompetent and unable to help. I’ve been a customer of Verizon for 17 years and this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Verizon kept not tell me the truth to me in order for me to activate a new line. I’m ready to move my service to another provider if this is where the customer service is going. all I asked for is to have the things that were offered to me applied. I didn’t ask for anything more that wasn’t offered to me. And I left with less than what I started. I also have to wait now for money back from the phone that was stolen for me. I’m very disappointed

Very sorry to hear your phone was stolen in shipment. If you can't get a resolution directly regarding the stolen phone, you'll need to try an outside source who handles such concerns. As for the promotion, that was a big case of bad luck with the other events, as promotions expire after some time.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
