Hi,
History: I submit Verizon Rebate offer w/ incorrect phone line number, Verizon rejects it and tells me I have to reapply. (This took about two weeks for the company to do). I submit a new rebate offer w/ the correct number, it has been 21 days since their promised fulfillment time and I have had nothing from the company.
Why is it so difficult to speak to a real human being in order to ensure my rebate is getting fulfilled and getting an update.
So now I am writing here so someone can assist me or provide the right phone number so I can speak to a rebate specialist and see what the hold up is. You guys were quick to reject my incorrect one even though you could look up my profile and correct it for me. But y'all are taking your sweet time paying out the properly filled one.

Hello, following up. As per my conversation with the rep who assisted me with this on October 29th. This would take 7 business days to get amended. It has been over 7 business days, and a total of 2, going on 3 months now that I have not received my rebate. What is going on over there? I am starting to get frustrated with the lack of accountability from your company.

This seems like it is still happening. Should have never switched to Verizon personally. This is just classic b4it and switch.
