Payoff ATT devices

I moved from ATT to Verizon June 10. I was told that Verizon would pay off up to $800 per device. The amount owed for each device was provided to the store management. I have not received any information on how to proceed to pay off the remaining balances with ATT.

tkollas13, welcome to the Verizon family! The rebate process for the Pay Off Your Phone promotion must be completed within 60 days of completing your initial order. After the rebate has been submitted online, the prepaid e-Mastercard is sent via email within 8 weeks. The prepaid e-Mastercard will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.

 

From the My Verizon app, you can access the rebate by following this path: Account>More>Notifications or Account>Orders>Rebates. There you will be able to accept terms and conditions. 

 

After submitting a rebate, you'll also be able to track your rebate status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/check-my-status

Hello, tkollas13. We definitely want to help ensure you receive any promotion you are eligible for. From your online account, you can access the rebate from the Account Activity & Notifications tab or by navigating to My Orders > Rebates. You will have needed to have traded in your previous device to qualify for this rebate.
