It seems as if you are forcing me off my plan by trying to continually find ways to increase the prices. Customer service is a joke as they won’t provide answers or can’t help. Why are you trying to price people off their plans to the “new plan” when it has less benefits and will cost more?

Agreed. I just got notified that my auto pay discount is being decreased unless I buy the more expensive plan. Total c!&* after being a customer for as long as I have been.

Same. I’ve been on the phone with CS about it for approximately an hour and can’t get any solutions and my bill increases by about $20 or more a month with the benefits i lose moving to one of the new plans.

No I did not get the answer I needed. Customer service was a joke. Wouldn’t or couldn’t connect me to anyone that would actually explain anything or any sort of retention department. Just kept telling me if you switch then you keep it, but we aren’t forcing you off the old plans just going to keep raising the rates until you do and we can’t confirm you will be able to connect to the network because it’s an “old plan”a total joke as I’m on all of the same plan information just the prices have updated because you don’t want to pay for the benefits you used to offer anymore.

I changed to the new my plan because was given the idea by cs that I was given something special only to find out that there is no hotspot on this lowest plan and have lost several other things. Also, if understood correctly the advertised price was $30 with autopay so that means that the plan is actually $40 and I was already paying $43 a line for other plan. They are making us think we are getting a deal. Also It was difficult to get clear answers from cs. Beat around the bush so I was duped into thinking this was a good thing. If anyone can please clarify on the plan price of $40 without AP cause they make you think it’s $30 with another $10 off per line with the AP. Stupid me to good to be true.

The last thing we want is for you to not have a clear picture of your account. You do have the option to receive an Autopay discount with your myPlan. You can find more information here: http://spr.ly/6605WTHc5 If you have other questions, let us know.

Same, been a customer for over 30 years and my bill has gone up $25 a month in the past three years. Going to look for another carrier because there is no point in being a long time customer. The perks you get are nothing I would ever use/buy.

I am so angry! I just went back and re-read the email. You are right! I didn't realize this was only for keeping on the old plan and if you change, you get to keep the $10 discount. This, after already raising the plan price $5 per line just a few months ago. They are totally forcing us off the old plan! Outragious! They should be ashamed!
